Chlorhexinal 2%
Chlorhexidine 2% is a ready-to-use antiseptic solution designed to clean skin, treat infections and prevent the spread of disease. Chlorhexidine 2% contains dermoprotective agents to protect skin from the dryness and cracking that can occur from frequent use of alcohol-based solutions.
Ready-to-use Dermoprotective Antiseptic
In medical settings, disinfection and antisepsis protocols are part of an essential safety routine. But the alcohol-based products used in these protocols can be hard on skin, leading to dryness and cracking.
In addition to active ingredients chlorhexidine digluconate and special denatured ethyl alcohol, our ready-to-use antiseptic Clorexinal 2% contains dermoprotective agents to minimize discomfort to skin from antiseptic solutions.
Scope of Application
Chlorhexinal 2% is indicated for:
- Disinfection of the insertion point of venous or arterial catheter
- Antisepsis of skin areas in injection therapy
- Skin disinfection in injection practice
- Preparation of the surgical field for antisepsis of the skin area where surgery is to be performed
- Areas of surgical friction
- Ethyl alcohol
