Clorexinal 2%
Clorexinal 2% is a ready-to-use alcoholic solution composed of two active ingredients: chlorhexidine digluconate and specially denatured ethyl alcohol. The presence of dermoprotective agents helps protect the skin from dryness and cracking that may occur due to frequent use of alcohol-based solutions.

Ready-to-Use Dermoprotective Disinfectant
In the medical field, disinfection is an essential part of safety protocols. However, alcohol-based products commonly used in these procedures can be harsh on the skin, often causing dryness and cracking.
In addition to its active ingredients — chlorhexidine digluconate and specially denatured ethyl alcohol — our ready-to-use disinfectant, Clorexinal 2%, contains dermoprotective agents that help reduce skin discomfort caused by frequent use of disinfectant solutions.
Scope of Application
Clorexinal 2% is indicated for:
- Skin disinfection
- Surgical hand rub
Do not use on broken skin, mucous membranes, or for skin disinfection prior to a preoperative medical procedure.
- For skin area disinfection, apply Clorexinal 2% directly to the skin or using a cotton swab soaked with the product, rubbing the affected and surrounding area for 30 seconds. Allow to dry.
- For surgical hand rub, use 3 ml of Clorexinal 2% and rub for 45 seconds. Repeat a second time for a total duration of 90 seconds. Allow to dry.
- Chlorhexidine digluconate
- Specially denatured ethyl alcohol (equivalent to anhydrous ethyl alcohol)
- Excipients: co-formulant and purified water
