Gender Equality Certification UNI/PdR 125:2022

For years, Ecolab has been committed to creating a work environment that values the identity of each individual. As confirmation of its commitment, in December 2024, Ecolab obtained UNI/PdR 125:2022 Gender Equality Certification in Italy. The certification is an initiative promoted at the Italian level by the Department for Equal Opportunities of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers in relation to Goal 5 of Gender Equality of the United Nations 2030 Sustainability Goals.

The aim of the certification is to help organizations promote gender equality by structuring an inclusion management system and developing a strategic and monitoring plan that includes continuous improvements.

Building Belonging Through Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

Ecolab’s 11 employee resource groups, open to all associates, help foster a culture of inclusion and connection, with more than 9,400 members across 70 countries. Engagement survey results show that ERG members report higher engagement, reinforcing that when people feel they belong, they thrive.
